Simple Makeup

How about knowing what to do to keep that makeup intact for a whole nite date, party or any night date.

Through the whole night, these are techniques to keep your makeup fresh and help you glow through to the last dance.

Though summer is almost gone, there's still chance for late nights outtings, and good companion with nice weather you bloom with confidence not worring about going to the ladies to check ur face for powdering. These simple tips will help you look good into the small hours and allow you to focus on the important aspect.

1)  Translucent powder can be used to fix make-up and keep it looking good longer. The trick is to apply sparingly and use a good dusting brush to remove excess powder and achieve a light and transparent effect.

2)  Lip colour will last longer if the whole of the lip area is filled in with lip liner in the required shade. If desired, it can be blurred slightly with a cotton bud. This creates a colour base on which the chosen lip colour should be applied by brush; press the lips together to set the colour.

3)  Matte foundations control shine and have better staying-power than satin finishes. But you want to avoid a solid mask effect, so choose products that combine transparency with matticity, and apply more sparingly to drier areas such as cheeks.
Waterproof mascara lasts longer and copes better with the effects of hot and humid atmospheres, smoke, tears etc. But don't forget you'll need to use the appropriate cleanser later.
4)  Take care with eye-liner products and pencils that use wax and grease are liable to smudge or wear off as the night goes on. For a long-lasting effect and precise outline, it's better to use eye shadow applied with a wet brush, or a traditional liquid eye-liner.
5)   In summer, oily skins are particularly prone to the effects of heat. These tips will help you combat the problem
Some of my other favorite face powders are Sparkle Beige, Natural, and Soft Bronzer.
Next, apply a sheer coat of tinted moisturizer. I make my own, by taking my moisturizer in the palm of my hand  (I love Nude Skincare's

Next, using the Long Handled Kabuki Brush, lightly apply Light Pink Lucent Face Powder all over my face and neck area. It offers a soft subtle glow and camouflages Perfect for smooth, glistening skin!any redness.
Kind of like fairy dust, Lucent Face Powders are naturally translucent, light-reflecting powders to wear over your base shade for a dewier look. They feature slight shimmery properties to make your skin lucent, glowing, natural.
To make my eyes look refreshed, I’ll take the Angled Brow & Liner Brush, dip it into the Wild Flowers eye shadow and then use it as an eyeliner, applying it to my lashline using stippling like motions

Trust me, your eyes will pop! :)

Lastly, there's nothing better than luscious, shiny lips. It's just the best feeling when my lips are drenched with moisture, and I accomplish this by using the Lavender Murumuru Mint Lip Balm.

Most of us long for the summer to come, but when it's here it brings a number of
problems, not least for those of us whose skin tends to be greasy. The heat sends the sebaceous glands out of control, the skin is oilier than usual and there's a tendency for more pimples and blemishes to appear. If you add in a humid atmosphere and increased perspiration, it can take the shine out of the pleasures of summer.
In summer, opt for lighter cosmetics, or apply your usual cream but only on the drier areas of the face such as the cheeks.
If shiny skin is a major problem, you may want to use a cream specifically for oily skin and if you are in a country with high humidity, you may not need to use your moisturiser.

The best way to cleanse your skin of impurities or excess grease is to use water-based cleansers designed specifically for oily skin.
Once a week it's a good idea to exfoliate or use acidic-based cosmetics, which prevent the accumulation of impurities in the pores and the appearance of unsightly blackheads.

If you want to hide the shine, use a translucent oil-free or oil-absorbing loose powder. Apply using a kabuki or buffer brush or powder puff and then remove excess powder with a large powder brush. A loose powder will absorb excess oil as it occurs throughout the day. A good additional product is a mattifying gel, a product that, like cream, is applied to the shiny areas and absorbs the oil without leaving any traces. These can be applied either to clean skin or on top of makeup, and are highly effective.

And when you need an occasional touch-up, use blotting tissues, small strips that are pressed gently onto the oily areas and literally mop up the oil, leaving skin looking fresh for at least two or three hours.

Post me your favourite make up ideas. It could be you or you friends or any one you like.
